Who: This is the perfect setting for advanced beginners and intermediate players to get quality tournament experience in a non-intimidating environment!

Why: Funds raised from this event will support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Dare to Dream Project. Dare to Dream with us and help transform treatment and care for kids with blood cancer.

What: Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Each event will be capped at 12 teams.

How: Tournament structure will consist of Round Robin pool play (games to 15, win by 2) followed by a single-elimination bracket. The teams with the best records in pool play will qualify for the elimination bracket. At least half of all the teams will advance to the elimination bracket. All teams are guaranteed 3 matches.

Cost: The tournament entrance fee is $60. If you would like to enter the mixed doubles tournament as well as either a men's or women's doubles tournament, there is an additional $40 fee. Pickleball Brackets charges a $5 service fee to each registered player/event.

FAQs

 

1. Do I need to have a pickleball rating to participate? No. All are welcome!

2. How do I register?

• Go to the registration page and click on the orange bar that says “Register for tournament.”

  • If you don’t have a Pickleball Brackets account, you will be asked to set up one

  • If you do not have a pickleball rating, just put 2.0 or 2.5 (beginner)

  • You will need to provide your cell phone number so that we can text you your court number and times.

  • It is not necessary to provide any Lifetime or other ID numbers.

  • After you set up an account, go back to the link above and click again to register. 

  • Select which event you want to participate in.  It will say “no” unless you hit the down arrow and see the options, “yes” or “go on waiting.”​​

  • You will then be asked if you have a partner or if you need one.

  • If you have a partner, click on the green bar that says, “click here to find my partner.” If your partner has already registered, you will search by name.  If not, you can enter your partner's name manually. 

3. Where do I park? Parking is available in the auxiliary lot near the pool. Please do not park in the pro shop parking lot.
4. Where do I go to check in? On the right-hand side porch of the Pro Shop.
5. Is food available? Limited food options may be purchased at the pool snack bar located behind the tennis bubble.
6. What is the refund policy? If a player withdraws prior to June 20, 2024, a refund of the registration fee minus a $10 service charge will be made to that player. If a player withdraws after June 20, 2024, and before the assigned match time on June 22, a refund of the registration fee minus a $10 service charge will be made to the player if, and only if, a player on the waitlist is able to fill the open spot.
